Do you fear Chinese classic goblin stories?

  

I am always frightened by ghosts and demons in Hollywood thrillers, however I don't fear Chinese classic goblin novels and movies. In some respects, the goblin and ghost are different. A goblin seems to be a human being in another world, quite old one . They are long life and have magic power which we desire to own. Frankly ,some of them are evil , just like some people in our world are. Though many goblins are kind and live like us in our world , they are often recognised out , caught and slaughtered by goblin-catchers.  So pitiful....
