Kewpie , Steampunk and Chinese painting. 
* The original Chinese painting is of Empress Chabi (1227-1281) . Chabi is the wife to the Khubilai (a.k.a. Shizu) who had conquered all of China in  1270s. 
* Casting Kewpie as an Empress of old China is just for fun. The adorable appearance of Kewpie is quite different from the stern face of Empress Chabi.
