As it turns out, all Door of Hope Mission Dolls had gone abroad around 1937. Some to France, some to the United States, or to Britain, and then travelled again to other countries. They were hiding in children’s suitcases, travelling across the sea to a completely unfamiliar place, consequently remaining there indefinitely.
